As a direct breeder based in California, Elite Family Poodle is proud to operate with full transparency and care. We raise our poodles ourselves — from birth to placement — and do not broker or resell animals bred by others.

Under California’s new AB 519 law (effective January 1, 2026), pet brokers are prohibited from selling or offering dogs under 12 months old unless they are the original breeder. This law does not apply to ethical breeders like us, who lovingly raise our own puppies and work directly with families.

We support this law’s mission to protect animals and families from deceptive practices and high-volume breeding operations.

We raise healthy, well‑socialized Toy, Tiny Toy, and T‑Cup Poodles in our three family homes, preparing them to become loving companions, emotional‑support dogs, and service partners for individuals across the United States.

Our AKC and CKC registered poodles come from carefully selected, health‑tested parents and are raised indoors with exceptional care — producing confident, intelligent dogs capable of advanced training and service work.
